Our Office
Our Firm traces its origins to the Law Office of Spyridon Maglaras in 1937. Originally it specialized in civil and commercial law; thereafter our Firm indulged in both administrative and tax law, as well as in, supportive of our client’s day to day business activities, aspects of criminal law.
Over the years our Firm’s field of specialization has been expanded in accordance with the needs of its prominent clientele and the ever changing legal and business environment.
Since 1996 and under the management of Nikolaos Sp. Maglaras, the representation of corporations and high network individuals in complex financial and corporate transactions as well as litigation, both on national and international level, and arbitration has been set at the core of the Firm’s practice and expertise.
Our Firm’s approach to the legal services provided is steadily focused on the highest level of quality of services as well as on the offer of flexible advice, tailored to the respective counselling priorities of each client, while remaining faithful to our principles of professional integrity and business ethics. Although a dynamic approach is usually aimed, each case is treated differently in accordance to its particularities, based on a prior timely, thorough and systematic preparation.
Our associates continuously monitor all legal developments and seek to advise clients on a regular basis and -most importantly- in a comprehensible language. Proof of this approach is that our Firm is proud to have clients that have steadily been with us for more than half a century.
Currently our Firm employs 12 people, among which are 11 qualified lawyers, trainee lawyers and paralegal assistants, all located at our Firm’s owned premises in the center of Athens.
Most of our partners and senior associates attended postgraduate studies both in Greek and foreign universities’ and most of them have long and sophisticated expertise in a targeted range of practice areas.
Our Firm is also being supported by specialized consultants engaged in various fields of activity (academic consultants, notary, civil engineer, accountant, IT consultant) and of course the appropriate administration staff.
Our Firm also maintains long term cooperation with affiliated law offices located in the most business centered Greek cities.
Last but not least, our firm has developed important networking resources in both the public and private sector, in order to represent our clients’ interests in the most effective way.
